It's November and that leaves only one more month in 2008. Time is playing tricks on us all!
As the winter months approach in the Northern Hemisphere and summer warms our readers south of the equator, make sure to have plenty of healthy activities planned for the change of seasons.
I want to say a special "Hat's Off" and thank you to the ABC Family Channel's CBN News for their excellent news stories and recent coverage of a Two-Part Sweetener Series that aired on the Family Channel last month. For the past 20 years, I have worked both on-camera and behind the scenes with their producer, Gailon Totheroh, who sent me the links to the posted articles and videos from the stories they aired. I have them available for you to access within the Feature Article section of this newsletter. Gailon talks about the dangers of high fructose corn syrups and artificial sweeteners. As always, he has left no stone unturned, and I'm featured in there somewhere ....thanks, Gailon!
We have many things for which to be thankful and we wish you and your loved ones a Happy November.
