Thank you very much for your research about the side effects of aspartame. I will try to spread this information all over Egypt! You don't know how easy it is to access the diet products with aspartame here in Egypt. I have been using aspartame products all the time for the past six years. I think I have had enough though, and I will stop using aspartame right now! I wish I could find a safer diet, but it isn't that easy. Thanks for your information.
