November brings the beginnings of winter in the Northern Hemisphere and summer in the South. The Hullistic Network wishes you and your family a happy and healthy change of season.
Remember to eat healthy foods and take plenty of Vitamin C and antioxidants to prevent colds and flu. Warm salt water is the old-fashioned remedy we use in our family for a stuffy nose and sore throat. As a gargle or nasal spray; combine 1 tbsp natural sea salt to 3/4 cup warm water. Gargle and spit into sink, or cup the palm of your hand, pour some warm salt water into your hand and sniff into the nose to unclog those stuffy nasal passages the natural way!
Wishing you all safety and health.
