It's already October, and that means Halloween functions are around the corner for those who trick-or-treat or simply have Halloween parties at school or the office. But BEWARE...... whenever lots of sweets are "floating" around and goodies are stacked on the tabletops, make sure to watch out for the hidden artificial sweeteners. It is best to monitor where your children go for Halloween parties, and to ask if any artificial, chemical sweeteners have been used in the deserts or candies.
It's better to be safe than sorry, and even if it embarrasses your little ones - or big ones - prevent accidental exposure to the diet sweeteners at all costs.
Trick (aspartame) or Treat? (healthy, natural sweets made with healthy, natural sweetness.)
