Here are some recipes that will help you balance your body pH.
Vegetable Basic Bouillon for Acid-Alkaline Balance.
This bouillon is ideal to drink or as base for soups, sauces or vegetable dips.
2 to 3 (slices) carrots
1/4 leek
1/4 celery
2 to 3 potatoes with peel
1 to 2 diced tomato
1 finely diced onion
1/2 to 1 cup chopped cauliflower leaves
1/4 chopped savoy
1/8 to 1/4 white cabbage
Vegetable oil of choice
2-litres hot water
Roast onion and tomato in oil.
Add other vegetables and roast for 1/2 to 1 minute.
Add hot water.
Simmer on low 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Herbal-Tea for Acidosis:
1 tsp. dried horsetail
1 tsp. dried nettle
1/2 tsp. dried camomile
1/2 tsp. dried fennel seed
1/4 tsp. dried watercress
Add herbs to 250 ml (1/4 litre) boiling water.
Steep for at least 10 minutes.
I recommend this tea to prevent and treat acidic pH.
Natural Alkaline Booster Powder:
8 tsp. freeze-dried banana powder
2 tsp. alfalfa powder
2 tsp. barley grass powder
4 tsp. almond flour
1 tsp. carrot powder
2 tsp. millet flour
1 tsp. milk thistle powder
In case of alkaline pH, replace almond flour with hazelnut flour or dried finely shredded coconut.
Mix all ingredients together. Add two tsp. in the morning and two tsp. in the evening to tea, juice, smoothies, etc.
If you drink an alkaline drink once or twice per day, you will help your body neutralize from too much acidity.
Alkaline Smoothies:
Orange-Papaya Drink:
1 diced orange
1/2 diced apple
1/4 papaya
1/2 litre water
Natural sweetener to taste, such as white Stevia extract powder
Mix the ingredients in a blender.
Buttermilk-Banana Drink:
1/2 litre water
4 tsp. buttermilk powder
2 tsp. freeze dried banana powder
1 tsp. almond flour
Natural sweetener to taste, such as white Stevia extract powder
Mix the ingredients in a blender.
To prevent becoming too alkaline, substitute almond flour with 100 % pure, peanut butter.
Apple-Raisins Yogurt Shake:
1/2 litre water
1 apple
3 tsp. raisins (unsweetened, unsulphured)
2 tsp. almond flour
Natural sweetener to taste, such as white Stevia extract powder
Add a few drops lemon juice
5 tsp. 100 % pure yogurt
Mix the ingredients in a blender.
