Did You Know - About pH?

Balancing your pH maximizes energy and boosts immunity.

When you exercise, the pH of your blood will change.

Ideally, the human body should be slightly alkaline in order to build an alkaline reserve for acid-forming conditions such as stress or poor dietary habits.

The pH of the blood is slightly higher than the pH of the body's fluids.

The pH scale runs from 0-14, and 7.0 is the midpoint for fresh water bodies.

Human bodies are primarily salt water bodies, so the average pH for human body fluids should be between 6.4 and 6.6 pH.

The pH level of the blood monitors the level of carbon dioxide (CO2) within the blood.

The pH scale was developed by scientists to measure the number of hydrogen ions in any solution.

When the body pH is out of balance, digestive secretions become out of balance.

Eating a meal that is right for your body type produces energy and emotional well-being.

The more alkaline the body pH, the weaker the digestive juices become.
