Mushroom and Vegetable Dish
(For 1 person)
Cut turkey fillet or young chicken breast into strips.
Roast with onions or shallot until done.
Add 1 small zucchini, chopped;
3-4 mushrooms, sliced.
Roast for just a few minutes.
Salt to taste with sea salt or Himalayan salt.
Recommended for people with:
- Chronic inflammation (rheumatic diseases)
- Hyperglycemia (stress-induced)
- Hyperglycemia (diabetes mellitus)
- Allergies
Vanilla Cream Bread Spread
(Great for a gluten-free diet)
- 100 ml (1/4 cup or more) rice milk, or organic milk of choice
- Sweetener (Stevia, Sucanat, or natural sweetener of choice)
- Carob seed flour
- Vanilla flavoring
Bring the rice milk to boil.
Add sweetener and 2-4 soupcon (knife point; just a trace or more, according to taste) carob seed flour***.
Add more rice milk if mixture is too thick. Stop cooking and add 1-2 teaspoons vanilla liquid flavoring (vanilla concentrate does not contain any added sugar or corn syrup).
Let cool completely, and serve on whole grain bread slices.

This recipe is fresh for 1 or 2 days without preservatives; keep in refrigerator!
