Dehydration means your body does not have as much water and fluids as it should.

Your body is about two thirds water.

All living things lose water every day in the form of water vapor in the breath through exhaling, through sweat, urine, and fecal waste.

Dehydration isn't as serious for teens as it can be for babies or young children.

Losing large amounts of water can make a person feel sick..

Dieting can stimulate dehydration.

Thirst is a sign that your body is becoming dehydrated.
