Introduction

August is here, and the kiddos go back to school in a few weeks. Enjoy the special family times remaining, maybe a short vacation or a family reunion before everyone's schedules are revved up.

When the kids go back to school, try packing them some healthy snacks in their backpacks, a hearty lunch, and send them off with a few bottles of water. Try this for your daily work routine, too. Busy schedules always require good nutrition.
