Natural healing, both physical and emotional, is the basis of my Detoxification Program. The mind/body connection is a very important tool you can use to create a positive attitude, especially when challenged with a negative health situation. Try to put positive things in your life. Think happy thoughts, and focus on attracting happiness, optimism, appreciation and gratitude. Work to feel good!
Think about:
- Falling in love.
- Taking a drive on a beautiful road in a convertible with the wind in your face.
- Laughing so hard your face hurts.
- A long, hot shower.
- No lines at the supermarket checkout.
- A special glance.
- Getting happy mail.
- Hearing your favorite song on the radio.
- Lying in bed listening to the rain outside.
- Hot towels fresh out of the dryer.
- A real milkshake (chocolate, vanilla or strawberry).
- A bubble bath.
- Catching that big fish.
- Giggling.
- A good conversation.
- The beach.
- Enjoying safe sex.
- Finding a 20-dollar bill in your coat pocket from last winter.
- Running through sprinklers.
- Making the winning play for the team.
- Running into an old friend and realizing that some things (good or bad) never change.
- Watching the expression on someone's face as they open a present from you.
- Watching the sunrise.
- Getting out of bed every morning and being grateful for another beautiful day.
- Knowing that somebody misses you.
- Knowing that somebody thinks about you.
- Laughing for absolutely no reason at all.
- Having someone tell you that you're beautiful/handsome.
- Accidentally overhearing someone say something nice about you.
- Waking up and realizing you still have a few hours left to stay in bed.
- Your first kiss (either the very first or with a new partner).
- Making new friends or spending time with old ones.
- Playing with a new puppy.
- Having someone play with your hair.
- Sweet dreams.
- Hot chocolate.
- Road trips.
- A long back scratch.
- Swinging on swings.
- Making eye contact with a cute stranger.
- Making chocolate chip cookies.
- Having your friends send you homemade cookies.
- Holding hands with someone you care about.
- Knowing that somebody cares about you.
- Getting a hug from someone you care about deeply.
- Knowing you've done the right thing, no matter what other people think.
Are you smiling yet?
