Natural Highs

Natural healing, both physical and emotional, is the basis of my Detoxification Program. The mind/body connection is a very important tool you can use to create a positive attitude, especially when challenged with a negative health situation. Try to put positive things in your life. Think happy thoughts, and focus on attracting happiness, optimism, appreciation and gratitude. Work to feel good!
Think about:


  1. Falling in love.

  2. Taking a drive on a beautiful road in a convertible with the wind in your face.

  3. Laughing so hard your face hurts.

  4. A long, hot shower.

  5. No lines at the supermarket checkout.

  6. A special glance.

  7. Getting happy mail.

  8. Hearing your favorite song on the radio.

  9. Lying in bed listening to the rain outside.

  10. Hot towels fresh out of the dryer.

  11. A real milkshake (chocolate, vanilla or strawberry).

  12. A bubble bath.

  13. Catching that big fish.

  14. Giggling.

  15. A good conversation.

  16. The beach.

  17. Enjoying safe sex.

  18. Finding a 20-dollar bill in your coat pocket from last winter.

  19. Running through sprinklers.

  20. Making the winning play for the team.

  21. Running into an old friend and realizing that some things (good or bad) never change.

  22. Watching the expression on someone's face as they open a present from you.

  23. Watching the sunrise.

  24. Getting out of bed every morning and being grateful for another beautiful day.

  25. Knowing that somebody misses you.

  26. Knowing that somebody thinks about you.

  27. Laughing for absolutely no reason at all.

  28. Having someone tell you that you're beautiful/handsome.

  29. Accidentally overhearing someone say something nice about you.

  30. Waking up and realizing you still have a few hours left to stay in bed.

  31. Your first kiss (either the very first or with a new partner).

  32. Making new friends or spending time with old ones.

  33. Playing with a new puppy.

  34. Having someone play with your hair.

  35. Sweet dreams.

  36. Hot chocolate.

  37. Road trips.

  38. A long back scratch.

  39. Swinging on swings.

  40. Making eye contact with a cute stranger.

  41. Making chocolate chip cookies.

  42. Having your friends send you homemade cookies.

  43. Holding hands with someone you care about.

  44. Knowing that somebody cares about you.

  45. Getting a hug from someone you care about deeply.

  46. Knowing you've done the right thing, no matter what other people think.
