It is hard to believe that it is already JULY! The heat is on in Texas, where I live, and if it is as hot and dry where you live, remember to drink plenty of water to hydrate your body in the summer sun.
This month's newsletter is full of great summer topics, and one you may not expect: parasites. As fun as it is to spend the summer months outdoors, make sure you prevent picking up any microscopic critters that are searching for a secluded, dark spot in which to tuck away.
