Teriyaki Sauce
Organic Sucanat is a wonderful replacement for refined and artificial sugars in recipes for baked goods and for toppings. And, Sucanat is great for sauces and marinades. Try this Teriyaki sauce recipe. It's perfect for fresh vegetables, tofu, seafood, and meats.
1-cup Organic Sucanat
1-cup soy sauce
1-cup rice wine
4 Tbls rice wine vinegar
2 Tbls fresh ginger root – grated
4 cloves fresh garlic – pressed
Mix together and use as a stir-fry sauce or marinade.
