I just wanted to thank you so much for your websites. I have been telling everyone I meet who starts to diet to please stay away from aspartame. I didn't realize it at the time, but approximately 10 years ago when I was in high school I had a lot of things with aspartame, and I was very addicted to these products.
One night I had a horrible seizure and the only thing I remember is being in the hospital, but I was just aware of it for a few moments. They found nothing wrong with me, even though I was in and out of consciousness. I was extremely dizzy for about three days and had awful problems with confusion, headaches; my eyes would literally have shooting pains. My mom told a close friend about my problems and she quickly proclaimed why I had a seizure was because of all the aspartame I was using. I was sweetening everything from tea to foods.
I am very grateful to you and to your website for bringing this information out in the open. There are two ladies that I work with who are constantly dieting, and I always warn them about aspartame. It looks like they are now starting to see why it is so dangerous.
