I LOVE receiving your newsletter! I am taking a moment, once again, to say thank you so much for all you do every day! Thank you!

I always learn so much. I have spent most of this year assisting my brother with the sale of our parent's house here in Virginia, as our father passed away from heart failure, and our mother has had a number of minor strokes. She never exercised, has been a compulsive overeater, loves her aspartame/NutraSweet, and has full-stage diabetes. Hence, I have a tremendous amount of motivation to follow my heart's desire.

Your newsletter is a tremendous resource to refer people to! Again, thank you so much!
