Introduction

It's hard to believe it is already time for the May Healthy Newsletter. As spring unfolds into summer (in the Northern Hemisphere, that is), we will be bringing you some health tips and information for the warmer months ahead. We hope you and your families have been spared some of the spring storms and flooding that has occurred, and that today finds you healthy and happy.

The Hullistic Network would like to express our most heartfelt condolences to the families who lost loved ones in the April 16th shooting at Virginia Tech University. We pray that the survivors and emergency responders heal from the trauma it has caused in their lives.
