I would like to thank everyone for their patience this past month concerning our Back Orders. We have incredible customers who continue to shop with us month after month, and even a few who are day after day.

This letter is to let all of you know that we appreciate your business. Thank you for your patience when we are out of stock! Watch for emails from me, too; I will always send you a notice when an item is on Back Order. Sometimes I will hold the entire order if our shipments from the lab are due within a few days, but if I have most of your order in stock, and simply lack one item, I typically go on and ship you all that I can, and then ship what was out of stock when it arrives at my office. I will email you about this, and I will include a note on your receipt in the box.
