This is the time of year when it is very important to eat healthy foods and take plenty of Vitamin C and antioxidants to prevent colds and flu.
Unlike most other animals, humans do not produce vitamin C in the liver. Therefore, it is critical to supplement with vitamin C daily either through diet or with a quality C vitamin supplement. A quality vitamin C supplement easily dissolves in water and travels to each body cell, cleansing the cells of impurities and removing toxins via the body's water supply.
You can get Vitamin C from fruits, juicing, and many vegetables, however most people do not get the daily requirements from our modern diets. If you feel you need to supplement with vitamin C, search for a quality supplement derived from fruit and vegetable sources. Please know that Dr. Hull's Daily Detox-C is one of the strongest forms of Vitamin C, yet it will not upset your stomach.
