The Best Vitamins For Removing Toxins

French Green Clay is virtually unknown in America as an internal detoxification supplement, yet Europeans have used it internally for thousands of years to remove the causes of disease symptoms. In 1986, after the meltdown of the Soviet nuclear power plant, Chernobyl, the Soviet Union put French Green Clay in chocolate bars and dispensed them freely to the masses to remove radiation which may have accumulated in their bodies. Found only in France and India, the ancient sea beds that provide the green clays have healing qualities that not only attach to and remove toxic foreign substances within the body, but activate the body's own immune system through its nourishing chemical constitution.

Green clays contain magnesium, calcium, potassium, manganese, phosphorous, zinc, organic aluminum, silicon, copper, selenium, cobalt, micro-algae, kelp, sea minerals, and phyto-nutrients.

French Green Clay has the ability to remove toxic metals and chemical residues, bacteria, and blood toxins with virtually no side effects of constipation, diarrhea, or stomach cramping. French Green Clay is known to remove radiation, arsenic, lead, mercury, and aluminum amid other toxic metals in as little as six weeks.

During detoxification, the body typically requires more vitamin C than normal, and its importance as a primary antioxidant in removing toxins from the body is the foundation of my 10-Step Detoxification Program.
Unlike most other animals, humans do not produce vitamin C in the liver. Therefore, it is critical to supplement with vitamin C daily either through diet or with a quality C vitamin supplement.

Every cell in the human body ideally floats in water. A quality vitamin C supplement easily dissolves in water and travels to each body cell, cleansing the cells of impurities and removing toxins via the body's water supply. When your body is saturated in vitamin C, a loose stool occurs, as the residual vitamin C exits the body. The most affective form of vitamin C is one I formulated with the founder of Empirical Labs from a combination of acerola from cherries, ascorbic acid, and bioflavonoid from lemon rind. It is encapsulated in a vegetarian capsule and its only filler is organic brown rice.

During detoxification, it is recommended to take 1,000 to 2,000 milligrams (mg) vitamin C every day, and increase the dose by 1,000 mg daily until you have a loose stool several days in a row. Remain slightly below that dosage, daily. You can split the dosage throughout the day if the milligrams run high during the detox process.

B-vitamins are among the first vitamins depleted under stress when toxins are present. It's important to replenish the B-complex vitamins during a detox program. When detoxification becomes necessary, it can be like "stirring a hornets' nest" of toxins within the body, at the same time disrupting the normal, healthy synthesizing of the B-vitamin complex.

The B vitamins are essential for good health and nutrition. They assist in healthy blood, bones, and nerve function, as well as supporting liver function and hormone balance. B-Complex is necessary to aid in the body's nutritional demands during the detoxification process. During detoxification, take a quality hand-ground B-complex vitamin once daily in the morning, five times a week.

The primary function of niacin (also known as B3) is to cleanse the blood, the liver, the lymph system, and the skin. The liver houses more blood than any organ in the human body, so when the liver is toxic, the blood is likely toxic, too.

During detoxification, begin taking 50 to 100 mg. niacin on a slightly full stomach; increase by 50 to 100 mg. daily until an immediate flush occurs (within 20 minutes); do not panic if you temporarily turn red or your heart beats more rapidly; this is a good sign that your blood is cleansing and toxins are being removed. Some people have taken as much as 500 mg. niacin three times a day until they broke through layers of toxins and felt a burning sensation, which indicates a cleansing all the way to the tip of your capillaries. The less food you have in your stomach, the quicker the niacin will get into your bloodstream to do its work, but some brands of niacin can cause a tummy ache if taken on an empty stomach.

Remember this general rule of thumb: if you have more toxins than niacin, you will not feel a burn on your skin. As you increase your daily niacin intake, you are increasing the amount of B3 in relation to your toxic load. When you have more niacin than toxins present, you WILL feel the burn within 10 to 20 minutes after taking it.

Also avoid altered forms of niacin, labeled "flush-free", "buffered", or ""ime-released." These forms of niacin have been altered in the lab to NOT create a flush. These forms of niacin remain in the liver too long and can become toxic to the liver. Also, unless you determine the proper dose of niacin for your health needs using a pure "flushing" form of niacin, you will be not aware of the exact amount of niacin in proportion to your toxins in which you need to flush.

Proper, efficient digestion is the foundation of good health and a key component in any detoxification program. If nutrients are not digested efficiently, the body has no nourishment to secure wellness. Clinical studies show that digestion is impaired when the body is highly toxic because toxins can literally block the proper assimilation of nutrients.

This is why it is important to take digestive enzymes after every meal. Supplement with an enzyme with both upper (papain, HCL, etc.) and lower (amylase, lactase, etc.) digestive enzymes. Most digestive enzymes have lower (pancreatic) enzymes from plant sources but not the upper stomach enzymes. It is important to include a stomach digestive aid when assimilating nutrients during a detox.

If you experience acid reflux, your stomach may be coated with toxic residues, blocking the production of adequate amounts of digestive juices required to efficiently break apart your nutrients from foods. Enzymes should not be taken if you have ulcers, but in most other circumstances, the first problem within a toxic body is the lack of efficient digestion and elimination. Digestive enzymes taken AFTER each meal will secure that toxins are eliminated from the body once and for all.

As much as we may think we are eating balanced diets, unless you grow your own organic foods, most Americans are not getting the proper amount of vitamins and minerals from the food supply. American soils are depleted in nutrients and saturated with chemical pesticides and fertilizers, especially on corporate farms. It is merely a "health insurance policy" to supplement with a natural, organic multi-vitamin and mineral at least five days a week. If you have sufficient vitamins in your diet, keep a good vitamin supplement available for those special times of need, like if you are stressed or getting ill. If you do not get sufficient vitamins from your diet, take a quality multi-vitamin five days a week.

When detoxing, it is important to avoid introducing new toxins into your system. Besides taking care of the possible environmental toxins in your home by using an air filter, avoiding chemical cleaning products and using as many natural, organic products as possible, remember to also take time to introduce a healthy diet into your daily routine.

I always recommend my clients work on developing a natural, whole foods diet. This is done by following a few simple rules:

Avoid artificial food chemicals, food dyes, preservatives.

Avoid using aspartame, sucralose, or diet sweeteners.

Use only natural sea, Celtic salt or Himalayan salt.

Avoid using highly processed oils, and incorporate olive oil, coconut oil or cold pressed seed oils of choice for all your cooking and baking.

Avoid white flour, white rice, and white sugars and replace with whole grains, Brewer's Yeast, and consider adding bee pollen for daily protein, especially if you experience allergy symptoms.

Eat 75% raw or steamed foods at each meal.

Drink plenty of purified water.

Finally, remember to honor a scheduled weekly workout of biking, walking, aerobics, etc. whether you are detoxing or not. Exercise not only works your heart and lungs, it increases blood flow and helps move healthy supplements through your system.
