Detoxing Kids With Green Clay
Q: My question is regarding the green clay and our two grandchildren who are 4 years and 2 years old. What is your suggestion on their dosage?
A: I recommend mixing 1/2 teaspoon in a water bottle for this age group, once a day. If they get dry stools, simply take it down to 1/4 teaspoon and add more water intake daily.
How Much Clay Do I Take Daily?
Q: Hello Dr. Janet! My wife and I are presently taking 1 teaspoon of Walter's French Green Clay per day. Would you suggest we increase that?
A: This is a perfect daily amount. The key is consistency, and you want your body to have access to consistent sweeping of toxins. Never stop and start a cleansing program if you know toxins are present. Remember to consistently take your vitamins while using the clay so you can immediately replace the space where toxins once were with healthy elements.
Clay and a Metal Taste
Q: I initially started the clay mixed with water after it settled over night, and I drank this "milky water" every morning. Since I had been drinking it for about 2 weeks without a break, I did notice that after I'd drink it, I experienced some dull pain in my teeth and I tasted metal as well. This then subsided within a few hours. What do you think about that?
A: The clay is apparently removing residual metal-dusting from old fillings. This is common, actually. It is NOT removing your fillings, just what is either leaking or being dissolved by the acids in your saliva. You are tasting the "detox" and tasting its success in removing metals in your mouth. Make sure to replace any spaces in your teeth with silica. This helps rebuild your deficiencies.
Clay and What Else?
Q: What else do we need to be doing with the risk of the radiation exposure and other toxins we are ingesting today? Can you provide any of what we need? We are in southern OK.
A: The French Green Clay, of course, is known to remove radiation, but Cilantro removes metals, and you can eat lots of that in Mexican dishes. Chlorella is great, too. Kids love this, and what a great way to help your children detox from environmental radiation.
