Good gads! Forgive me, but is this spam???? 2000 equal packets a month???? You obviously realize that this has become an addiction, right? You also do realize that you must stop using aspartame and Equal if you want to restore your health, right?
Simply stop using ALL of it and replace it with stevia. NuStevia from NuNaturals is what I recommend. NOW also has a good liquid stevia.
