Our articles this month are:

I'm Nuts About Seeds; and
Aspartame Case History.
Our recipes this month will show you that you can use nuts in dishes other than desserts and sweets. Our first recipe is Shredded Brussels Sprouts with Maple Hickory Nuts - Now don't turn your nose up, even those who don't like Brussels Sprouts will think this is an outstanding recipe and ask for it again and again! Next we have a perfect fish recipe - easy to make and easy to clean up - Mahimahi with Macadamia Nut Crust served with Mango Salsa.
This month's Healthy Newsletter is about how toxins DO affect autism, about the health benefits of nuts, seeds and eggs, and each month, we'll have an aspartame case history that, sadly, many of you can relate to. Over the next three months, I will have an article about the Big Corps who produce and market the diet sweeteners. It's good to know who is producing these chemicals, and this month, we look into Monsanto.
