Comments: This is ridiculous. I have suffered from SEVERE chronic migraines for some time now. I've been to the doctor numerous times, and they have yet to figure the cause. I have been on all the different types of prescription medicine prescribed for migraines, and nothing, NOTHING works.
Finally, I looked into it myself, and discovered that headaches/migraines are one of the MANY adverse affects of aspartame usage. I decided to try eliminating all of the things I consume that contain aspartame and guess what?...NO MORE HEADACHES!
THE FDA NEEDS TO TAKE A SERIOUS LOOK AT WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO US!
