Oriental Broccoli
1 head broccoli, cut into florets or I package (10 ounces) broccoli spears, partially thawed
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced (2 cups)
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1. Prepare skillet by lightly coating surface with an oiled pastry brush.
2. Sauté broccoli, onion, mushrooms, and garlic with teriyaki sauce, stirring constantly.
3. Cook until broccoli is just tender but still crisp, about 5 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
