A common question I am often asked is “If I eat right, why do I need to take a multi-vitamin?”
In today’s world, though, we need to give our bodies a break, and that means that we are making sure we are providing all the essential nutrients and trace elements we need to fight pollution, tainted water, and GMO foods (replete with pesticides and toxic chemical farm goodies.)
Here’s a video I posted on my youtube channel explaining why I feel that it is important to take a multi-vitamin and trace mineral regularly, especially if you are dieting, detoxing, or are vegan.
This may not be a sexy video, but it’s an important one. And remember to start your kiddos on a routine vitamin program, too, especially before and during puberty, or if your child is ADHD, autistic, or has special needs.
Do yourself a favor, and give your body a break!! Take a regular multi.
