Here are two really good recipes for the summer months. Remember that you can alter these to fit your individual diet, so experiment adding, or removing, any ingredients that you want.

Fresh garden veggies make this recipe special. You can substitute the squash with zucchini, tomatoes, peppers and fresh herbs, like basil.

If you are watching your calories, you can eliminate the lemon glaze; this loaf is great on its own.
